What is NGE. My understanding is that these student are tested for entry into the Special Education program: They do not score low enough to enter into the Special Education program. These student cannot keep up with the other class room students.

NGE:"Not Good Enough" is a code / term used among teacher to explain to another teacher what "little Johhny" academic problems are. "NGE"
